Automation

Email marketing automation where the AI does the work

Tellnod automates the work behind an email campaign (brand setup, audience segments, copy, mobile previews, unsubscribe and compliance footers) inside Claude or ChatGPT, and leaves one step to you: pressing Confirm before anything sends.

Why the last step is not automatic

A marketing email cannot be unsent, and it goes out under your name. So Tellnod automates everything up to the send and stops there: the assistant prepares the campaign, the confirmation card shows the audience, exclusions and send time, and only your click schedules it. You can still cancel until it goes out. See security.

Automated flows: coming later

Rule-based flows such as a welcome series, cart reminders, win-back and birthday emails are on the roadmap, not available at launch. When they arrive, they will keep the same principle: nothing sends on a rule you have not approved.

Until then, every one of those campaigns takes one request in the chat. Start from a template: welcome after a first order, cart reminder, win-back, birthday offer.

A weekly routine that takes one conversation

  1. "What should I send this week?" The assistant suggests a campaign, using the results of your recent ones.
  2. "Draft it for customers who bought in the last 90 days." You get a preview and a recipient count.
  3. "Send me a test." Check it on your phone.
  4. Press Confirm. Next week, ask "How did it do compared with last time?"

FAQ

Does Tellnod automate email marketing?

It automates the work: brand setup, segments, copy, previews, compliance and deliverability safeguards. It does not send on its own. You confirm every campaign on a card, and automated flows are planned for later.

Can I set up a welcome series or abandoned cart flow?

Not yet. Automated flows are on the roadmap. Today you send these as campaigns to a segment, starting from a template.

How is this different from Klaviyo or Mailchimp automation?

Those platforms let you build flows in their dashboards. Tellnod is for shops that have no marketing tool yet: the assistant does the setup and the drafting in the chat you already use, and you approve each send. See the comparisons.
